Being – 7
I am trying to describe the word blue; it is both hot and cold, hard and soft, it is overarching, high, yet comforting and secure, it is relaxing and invigorating; I am describing my reactions to blue, I cannot define it

I know, right? How would you describe a color to someone who has been blind all his/her life?

Lovely! Blue is my favorite color and I also find it indefinable…perhaps that’s why I like it so much

Beautiful. It is so hard to describe all the sensations that colours convey, they defy definement!.

The color of blue is the feeling of silk upon your skin. Depending on shade, blue is passionate and comfortable like an old pair of cotton jeans or if it’s light, it’s like baby laughter under the warmth of the sun. Blue is used most often to describe moods, thoughts and feeling because blue is so versatile. I think blue is the most popular color because it transcends gender and race. Blue is like an old friend. One in which you are comfortable with. A tried and true blue friend.
Blue is peaceful. Blue is the color of your thoughts that cause you to think and care deeply about life and your family and friends. We live under blue skies because sets the stage for other colors and moods. Blue is steady, tranquil and is never hostile. Blue is the anchor of a ship that holds you in place. Blue is the friend that will never leave or forsake you.
