You know when you’ve done a good workout when you can feel the space between your vertebrae and there’s no tension in your shoulder joints or hip sockets, your stomach and buttocks feel tight and your spine feels longer and straighter and inside your head there is calmness and peace, no matter how far behind schedule you are…
